Description

“This piece is a collage of three masterpieces by Eugène Ysaÿe, Mauro Giuliani and Frederic Chopin. I arranged the three instruments in a way that the texture of the piece is always changing. The instruments alternate in taking on various roles such as playing solo, accompanying and performing homophonic or polyphonic sections. I was also interested in creating a rather unusual atmosphere by combining contrasting styles of music.”
