Description

Tarantella is a short piece which is inspired by the temperamental character of the Italian folk dance. Through the clear tonal focus of the solo voice, devoid of jagged pitch changes, and a simple rhyhtmic scheme, the work suits itself not only to concert performance but also as a practice study for developing horn players.
