Description

The Chinese characters ?? [You Qing] stand for friendship. Since many years Klaus Hinrich Stahmer and world famous Sheng-Player Wu Wei have worked together. In consequence of their intercultural cooperation several composition have been created, »You Qing« being the youngest. The whole piece is focussed on a tonal center with no other notes being used but the nine that belong to a unique scale. »You Qing« should be played in a mood of serene tranquillity only.
In order to let unfold the inherent beauty, the fl ow of melody and the sequence of chords have to be shaped with utmost delicacy.
